Under direction, provides clinical technician support in the Department of Urology: performs phlebotomy; measures vital signs; assists with exam room turnover as needed; greets patients and visitors; answers phone inquires; checks patients'' in and verifies insurance and demographic information; maintains patient records; assembles patient charts and updates records; schedules clinic patients for office visits; obtains precertification and authorization numbers prior to surgery; schedules office visits, diagnostic and laboratory tests; performs other job related duties as required.

Qualifications
- Must have certification in phlebotomy and two years related experience required;
- Must have high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred;
- knowledge of IDX and EPIC a plus; must be able to work a flexible daytime shift as needed;
- excellent organization and communication skills.
