Registered Nurse responsible for implementing a multidisciplinary Infection Control Program with accountability in case finding, surveillance, evaluation, analysis, reporting, consultation and education. Responsible for hospital Infection Control Program including plan updates, reporting, and policy and procedures and facilitation of Infection Control Committee with Committee Chairman. Ensures Infection Control Program is in accordance with regulatory and state standards.
