Job Description
Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist in the clinical treatment of patients to include greeting, seating, dismissing patients, providing patients with information and contacting patients. Also responsible for passing hand instruments, preparing restorative materials, exposing and taking digital images, maintaining dental equipment, carrying out infection control, sterilization, and waste management activities, including ensuring the availability and use of protective wear. Responsible for entering and modifying patient's treatment plans in the computer system. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must have high school degree or equivalent
- Graduation from a dental assisting program and/or dental assisting experience preferred
- CDA preferred
- Effective interpersonal skills to maintain rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and the community
