Description
Works under the supervision of the Unit Nurse Manager. Responsible for organizing and delivering direct nursing care according to established guidelines and patient care standards. Supervises ancillary personnel. Coordinates patient care with physicians and other departments. Applies nursing process in provision and delegation of patient care. Communicates relevant information to appropriate personnel. Serves as a patient advocate. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 2 years of Med Surg and/or ICU experience required.
- Current CO RN, ACLS & CPR required.
- Charge experience a plus
