Position Profile
Take vital signs and chief complaint, assist physicians with exams and minor procedures, call in RX's, prepare patient charts, generate authorization requests, filing, answer phones, screen calls, take accurate and detailed messages, may schedule appointments on line, other duties as assigned. Must be well organized with excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer skills/knowledge preferred. As a team member, you will play an important role by collaborating with others and contributing toward our mission and values.

Basic Qualifications (required)
- Requires Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited institution.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience or 1 year of recent dermatology experience.
- Requires current BLS card from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer experience in an outpatient setting/clinic.
- Dermatology experience also preferred.
