Participates in a medical team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship. Through improving patient flow, access and scheduling works to improve clinical operations and efficiencies. Provides clinical and/or clerical support to clinicians and the practice.

Education
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- College degree, graduate of certificate program, or one year medical assisting also required.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of one-year prior experience in a clinical or service setting, or graduate of Medical Assistant training program, or college degree in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills required.
- Computer experience also required.
