Under the direction of the department supervisor or designee, participates in a medical team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and strengthening the patient/clinician relationship. Through improving patient flow, access and scheduling works to improve clinical operations and efficiencies. Provides clinical and/or clerical support to the practice. Provides direct clinical support to (a) clinician(s).

Education
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Associate's degree in medical assisting or graduate of certificate program preferred.
Skills and Experience
- 2 years minimum of prior experience in a medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills required.
- Computer experience required.
