Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. is a nationally recognized for-profit, post-secondary education company providing career training in the field of allied health, and we have an opening for a full-time Medical Assistant Externship Coordinator.
Responsibilities include
- Serve as a liaison between the Medical Assistant students and Concorde, numerous hospitals and physicians in the area planning and administering student externship programs.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with extern work sites.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years front and back office Medical Assistant experience.
- Qualified individuals will possess experience in billing and insurance, medical terminology, coding ICD-9, CPT, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, EKG, wound care, GYN procedures, documentation, vital signs, and computer skills.
