Required Qualifications
- Must have valid Ohio RN license in good standing
- Must have 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Must have 1 year of OR experience
- Must have BLS CPR for HCP
- MMR, Varicella, and Hep B vaccination (or titers)
- 2 Step TB test w/in last year
- Physical/Statement of Good Health
