Visiting Nurse Association of Pottstown & Vicinity serving the Lehigh Valley as the Greater Lehigh Valley Visiting Nurse Association has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse to work full time day shift Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm. One Weekend every 4th weekend rotation, 2 holidays a year, and on call rotation requirements.
VNAP has been continuously serving Pennsylvania's home and community health care needs since 1917. The RNs function under the supervision of the Team Manager and supervise the Care Plan when LPNs and HHAs provide services, provide skilled nursing care to clients in the community health setting, including providing a complete health assessment, developing goals and Plans of Care, case managing, reviewing all medication and provide coordination of services within the guidelines of the Plan of Care, and maintaining documentation using our state-of-the art laptop computers.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, current Pennsylvania RN license, minimum one year experience in an ICU, critical care, ED environment, home care experience preferred, ability to multi-task and case manage.
- Requires valid Pennsylvania driver's license, automobile insurance, availability automobile, and the ability to drive in all types of weather.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift without weight restrictions, relate to others, write, speak, make independent judgments, listen and use visual acuity and finger dexterity.
