Job Details
Under direct supervision, performs a wide range of routine clinical skills which include, but are not limited to, assisting with clinical procedures, obtaining lab specimens, injections, venipunctures, taking vital signs, spirometry, performing emergency CPR, Limited Scope x-rays and telephone screening.
Responsible for patient flow, stocking rooms and ordering supplies. Incumbent must have exceptional oral and written communication skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task; and possess strong organizational skills.
Capacity to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers while maintaining confidentiality.
Incumbent must be a positive, professional team player.
Must be knowledgeable in medical practices and care to assist in providing safe, quality patient care, examination, diagnostic and treatment procedures as well as medical equipment and instruments used in administering patient care; and the ability to visually assess patient condition and to utilize sight to implement care as directed.
Must have knowledge of hospital software applications and systems, including telephones.

- High School Diploma/GED is required
- CPR/BLS
- MA certification required
- 0-1 years recent and related experience is required
