Description
The Medical Billing Specialist is directly responsible for the coordination of all assigned AR/Billing/Collection activities regarding all insurance and private pay claims. Ensure that all insurance claims are to be submitted timely. All accounts are to be billed/collected regularly at all times in order to keep accounts current and prevent write-offs.

Minimum Requirements
- Three (3) Years Experience in the Healthcare Billing Industry;
- Working knowledge and experience with Medical Manager Software;
- In-depth knowledge of various Commercial, Medicare, and AHCCCS health plans, Billing Codes (CPT & ICD9), Balancing daily; Strong Phone Skills; Interaction Skills; Customer Service Skills.
- Specialty Billing Preferred (not required)
